RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We always want to ensure that you have enjoyed The Vapors Warehouse Shopping experience.
We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case scenario with the objective of making our customers satisfied with their purchase from us.
Below are IMPORTANT general points you need to know:
- Returns will be accepted within 7 days after receiving the order.
- Return your items to us will be on the customer own cost.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- The replacement items will be shipped back to the customer at his own cost.
- Any refund or replacement will be issued once the shipment has been returned physically to our shop and processed.
- Returned orders due to the customer refusing to receive the order from the shipping courier, No Refund will be applied under any circumstances.
- All refunds which is approved due to replacements or returns will be calculated on the bill amount excluding shipping charges.
- Consumable and perishable items (e-liquid and replacement coils, pods, disposables) No returns accepted under any circumstances.
We are accepting returns for your non-Opened products for a full refund on the retail price only.
Please note, products returned with any signs of usage by the customer will not be refunded, exchanged, or credited and will be returned to the customer at his own cost.
Please provide as many details as possible, including Order #, Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return with photos.
If the return is approved, you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us.
